Return-policy

1. Scope

This return policy applies exclusively to B2B transactions. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all purchases are considered final. The customer accepts these terms upon placing an order.

2. Product Warranty

Products are covered by the manufacturer’s legal warranty of 1 year from the invoice date. This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects, provided the product is used in accordance with its intended purpose.

Our company acts solely as a commercial intermediary and cannot be held liable for any warranty refusal or delays attributable to the manufacturer.

3. Return Procedure

All returns must be requested in advance and formally authorized by us in writing. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.

Defective products will be returned to the manufacturer for assessment. Replacement or refund will only be processed upon official confirmation from the manufacturer stating the product is indeed defective.

4. Costs and Charges

  • Shipping and assessment fees are entirely at the buyer’s expense.
  • If a return is accepted, a minimum depreciation fee of 30% will automatically be applied to the value of the returned goods.
  • A minimum handling fee of €100 (excl. VAT) will be invoiced per return case.

5. Returns Outside Belgium

For clients located outside Belgium, return requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, with no guarantee of acceptance. Additional conditions and costs may apply.

6. Exclusions

No returns will be accepted for:

  • Installed or used products,
  • Customized or non-standard items,
  • Incomplete or damaged goods.
